By using Photo Luego you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Photo Luego helps you capture before and after photos, pair them, and build reports. The free plan stores your work on your device. Paid plans can store resized copies of your photos in your account and host report links.
Your content
- You own your photos and reports. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the service for you, including showing a shared report to the people you give the link to.
- You promise that you have the right to upload and share what you add, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, including any content that sexually exploits children, and do not use shared reports to harass, defraud or mislead anyone. We will remove such content, close accounts, and report it to the authorities where the law requires.
Shared report links
Anyone with a link can view that report until you turn it off or it expires. You are responsible for who you send it to. We may disable a link that is reported as abusive or that breaks these terms. To report a page, email hello@photoluego.com with the link.
Free plan limits and data loss
On the free plan, photos live only in your browser. If your browser data is cleared or your device is lost, your photos cannot be recovered. Keep your own copies of anything important. Free accounts keep one job at a time, and starting a new job replaces the previous one.
Fair use
Paid accounts are meant for the photos of your own work. We may limit storage that is far beyond normal use for a single business.
Payments and cancelling
Paid plans, once available, renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period. After a paid plan ends, your stored photos remain available for 30 to 60 days so you can download them, and are then deleted. Refund terms will be shown at checkout.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Photo Luego reliable, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost photos, lost work or lost income. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will say so on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
